If you share your computer with other individuals or family members, they can check what sites you have visited. Before you finish browsing, delete the record of your visit.

(Before closing the Browser)
Step 1: Select Tools in the menu bar. Go to the Internet Options Dialog Box and select the General Tab.
Step 2: In Temporary Internet Files, click Files. Check the “Delete all offline files” and click OK.
Step 3: In History, click Clear History and click OK.
Step 4: In Temporary Internet Files, click Delete Cookies and then OK.
Step 5: Click OK to exit the Internet Options Box.

Riverdale Immigrant Women’s Centre

Head Office: (416) 465-6021. Riverdale Immigrant Women’s Centre is committed to supporting Chinese speaking and South Asian women to take greater control of their lives. RIWC provides culturally appropriate and linguistically specific settlement and counseling services with the use of community determined strategies, which are developed and delivered by immigrant women.

Employment Issues

Intercede

Services include counseling on Immigration or employment related problems; assistance in filling out applications, referrals to education/training, housing, social programs, legal and medical services, to name just a few.

Community Health Centre

We are a team of health professionals who work from an inclusive, feminist, anti-racist, anti-oppression framework. We specialize in working with immigrant and/or refugee women, women with disabilities, young women and older women.

Toronto Public Health Dental Services

(416) 392-0907. Free dental care for eligible children, high school students, and seniors. Services include examinations, fillings, extractions, cleanings, fluoride treatment, sealants, root canals on selected teeth.
