The Toronto MELAB Centre will cover the cost of all Extra reports ordered at the time of the exam through January 18, 2012. As of January 19, Extra score reports will cost $15.00 each. Please note that the regular test fees always include 1 personal report and 2 institutional reports. ONLY ORDER EXTRA SCORE REPORTS FOR MORE THAN 2 INSTITUTIONS. WRITE THOSE INSTITUTIONAL ADDRESSES ON THE BACK OF YOUR OFFICIAL IDENTIFICATION FORM.
