Registration by Mail

1. Download and fill in the Toronto MELAB Language Centre Application Form (click here).
2. Include a bank or postal money order made payable to Toronto MELAB Language Centre or include your Visa or MasterCard information.
3. We do not accept personal cheques.
4. Mail your application, money order, and a self-addressed stamped envelope to

   Toronto, Ontario
   M5S 1C7
   
5. You will receive a receipt and confirmation by email.
6. If you wish to confirm that we have received your application form, please email us at info@melab.ca. We will return your email within two business days.

 

Registration by Email

2. Fill in the credit card information section (Visa and Mastercard only).
3. Scan your completed form or put it in pdf format.
4. Send an email to info@melab.ca and attach the completed application form.
   
5. You will receive a receipt and confirmation by email.
6. If you wish to confirm that we have received your application form, please email us at info@melab.ca. We will return your email within two business days.
