Registration by Mail

1. Download and fill in the Toronto MELAB Language Centre Application Form (click here).
2. Include a bank or postal money order made payable to Toronto MELAB Language Centre or include your Visa or MasterCard information.
3. We do not accept personal cheques.
4. Mail your application, money order, and a self-addressed stamped envelope to

5. You will receive a receipt and confirmation by email..
6. If you wish to confirm that we have received your application form, please e-mail us at info@melab.ca. We will return your e-mail within two business days.
