Supplies You Must Bring to the Test

1. Confirmation form
2. ID form (completed with picture attached)
3. Code of Conduct form (signed)
4. Proper Identification (ID)

Supplies You Might Want to Bring to the Test

1. A drink in a clear glass or clear plastic container only.
2. At least two layers of clothing. Sometimes the exam room is too hot and sometimes it is too cold.
